ISO 50001 - FORGE FEDRIGA OBTAINS ENERGY CERTIFICATION

The new Energy Management System has been certified according to ISO 50001:2018 by RINA

In January 2022, we concluded the process that led to the ISO50001:2018 energy certification.
Following inspections by the accredited Body, the Company’s Energy Management System was awarded this important certification.

This is a very important objective: all energy-related aspects are now managed correctly via constant monitoring of consumption (electricity, methane, transport diesel), to eliminate waste and improve the efficiency of machinery.
The energy aspects of plant and/or process modifications are analysed in advance, prioritising choices that reduce consumption and favour the use of energy from renewable sources.
Energy-related aspects are handled in a manner typical of management systems aimed at continuous improvement and compliance with laws applicable on the matter.
