Whistleblowing

 Forge Fedriga S.r.l. considers respect for the ethical principles it has adopted and compliance with applicable laws and regulations to be fundamental.

In this context, and in compliance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on "Whistleblowing", Forge Fedriga has activated appropriate internal reporting channels, in particular through the use of a platform, to ensure the protection and confidentiality of both the reporting persons and the persons involved as well as the content of the reports, without prejudice to the possibility of setting up a direct meeting.

The reporting channels allow the persons interested to report, also anonymously, allegations of violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, as well as unlawful conduct relevant according to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the Organisation, Management and Control Model, of which they have become aware in the context of their work.
